San Jose Sharks prospect Luca Cagnoni joins to discuss his NHL Draft journey. We start with his tryouts to get into the WHL and his meteoric rise into one of the league’s best defensemen, his pre-Draft process, and how his Draft day went (7:00). Next, we learn more about Luca’s development camp and the whirlwind of the Draft to San Jose Sharks development camp (10:00). We also preview the upcoming WHL season and how stacked the American Division will be between the Portland Winterhawks, Seattle Thunderbirds, and the Wenatchee Wild (14:00). Luca also discusses how important it is to see smaller defensemen like Quinn Hughes and Cale Makar succeed in the league and why those players are role models (17:30).
