Do the San Jose Barracuda have a culture problem? I start by reacting to Martin Kaut’s interview in Czechia, where he accused the Barracuda coaching staff of trying to make him fight in every game.

I look at the exodus of veteran talent from the San Jose Sharks’ AHL affiliate, including Andrew Agozzino’s trade, Derrick Pouliot, CJ Suess, Jeffrey Viel, Aaron Dell, and Kyle Criscuolo all leaving the organization, and why it’s odd that none of them wanted to return for another season (10:30). Finally, here are some of the cultural issues I’ve heard, include not caring for the players and their families and why this could have long-term ramifications for the San Jose Sharks (20:00).
