Last week, in celebration of Rusanowsky’s induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame, we talked about the San Jose Sharks’ play-by-play announcer’s many passions outside of hockey. We asked Rusanowsky some of his favorite movies, TV shows, music, and books.
But for Thanksgiving – and before he’s honored on Nov. 24 at SAP Center, when the San Jose Sharks host the Montreal Canadiens – we saved another one of Rusanowsky’s passions, food, for its own story.
Because that’s how much Rusanowsky loves a good meal – he’s got a spot literally everywhere in the NHL.
“For instance, in Edmonton, there’s a great Czech restaurant. Actually, that’s one of my favorites,” he shared. “It’s called Bistro Praha. That’s a great little place downtown.”
