What I’m Hearing About Dubnyk-Donato to San Jose…

30 years later, Minnesota may be filling out San Jose’s roster once again.

This morning, Michael Russo from The Athletic reported that the San Jose Sharks had inquired about both forward Ryan Donato and goaltender Devan Dubnyk.

Later this afternoon, Kevin Kurz noted “there are some real legs to this.” His feeling was a package deal might be in the works.

I will say that it makes sense for San Jose to be in on both Dubnyk and Donato, which I’ll explain shortly.
