Locked On Sharks
Is Brent Burns a Hall of Famer?

JD goes on the Locked on Jets podcast to discuss current (and former) San Jose Sharks who should and have a case to make the Hall of Fame. We discuss Joe Thornton, Erik Karlsson, and Brent Burns (2:30) and when they will make the Hall of Fame. We also make the case for Marc-Edouard Vlasic (11:30), Patrick Marleau (14:30), and finally, we discuss some current and former San Jose Sharks players who won’t make it — but we have fun re-imagining their careers as Hall of Famers (19:00).

No. Doug Wilson shouldn’t be in the hall, and unless he accomplishes a bit more, neither should Burns. As of now, only Thornton and Karlsson qualify…maybe Marleau if he can break the ATG record.
Orrnumber4, I e-mailed you last week, get it?
I think Marleau is a shoo-in without ATG record, though he will have to wait a few years.
Burns is an interesting case. I believe he’s a tweener, a Hall of Very Good guy who may not have enough elite years to get in
Nabby is an interesting consideration too
In my mind, he is Hall of Very Good
