Sharks Smother Kraken Behind Team Defense

Published

on

The San Jose Sharks were able to smother the Seattle Kraken in their 4-0 win on Monday thanks to outstanding team defense. We discuss how the shorthanded Sharks were able to beat the Kraken while missing Timo Meier and Tomas Hertl and how the Sharks made life easy for James Reimer in his shutout win. Then we look at how the forward lines fared and how the Alexander Barabanov, Logan Couture, Mikey Eyssimont line led the way, Martin Kaut’s debut in teal, and what should Eyssimont’s next contract look like (9:30). Finally, we catch up on the San Jose Barracuda and their weekend sweep of the Abbotsford Canucks and why William Eklund should be the San Jose Sharks’ next call-up (19:30).
