SJHN Daily: Lorentz Made Long-Term Impact in San Jose
Steven Lorentz only played one year with the San Jose Sharks, but his impact here might be felt for the years to come.
That’s no exaggeration, if you read this story from Max Miller at The Hockey News.
Last year, young Kaley So and her mother Lynn were at a Sharks practice. Lorentz said hello to the family, and Kaley, who had never even been to a Sharks game, was hooked on hockey.
So much so, Kaley and her older brother Bradley are skating and will try hockey soon, Lynn told THN.
Lorentz was traded to the Florida Panthers over the summer, and he returned to San Jose this week. Lorentz and Kaley were reunited yesterday in SAP Center at Panthers morning skate.
