Eklund’s ‘Complete’ Game, Bordeleau Bounces Back (+)

San Jose Sharks fans are still talking about that William Eklund pass to Thomas Bordeleau.

But those aren’t the Eklund plays from yesterday’s 2-0 shutout of the Vegas Golden Knights that have me projecting him as part of the Sharks’ opening night roster.

It’s nothing new: That’s why I’ve projected the waiver-exempt Eklund, despite the San Jose Sharks’ logjam up front, on the opening night roster all summer.
