It’s a sickening stat. But I watched most of those games. The Sharks were outplayed at key moments. Yes, there was bad puck luck. Yes, there were mediocre goalies playing out of their heads. Yes, they had bad injury luck (sometimes because they were targeted). But in my opinion the Sharks could have elevated their game at those key moments. And they didn’t. That is painful.
