SJHN Daily: Demers Thanks Sharks, Barracuda Eliminated

The San Jose Barracuda were eliminated from AHL playoff contention Saturday night.

With a 4-0 loss at the hands of the Colorado Eagles Saturday, the Cuda needed a Tucson Roadrunners regulation loss to stay in contention. The Roadrunners lost 5-4 in overtime to the Texas Stars, but hold the tiebreaker of regulation wins over San Jose.

The San Jose Barracuda are set to face the Roadrunners for the final two games of the regular season.

The San Jose Sharks have recalled forward Tristen Robins.
