How Do Sharks Reshape Forward Group? Who Might Replace Reimer?

Published

With one of the worst seasons in recent memory finished for the San Jose Sharks, I dive into the three biggest off-season questions the Sharks must try and answer. The first is what to do with Erik Karlsson, do the Sharks try and trade Karlsson after becoming the first 100-point defenseman in over 30 years or do they believe that Karlsson can continue to be a huge piece of their future? Next, what to do between the pipes? With Kappo Kahkonen having a disappointing season and James Reimer not expected to be back, and no clear-cut answer in the pipeline, how do the Sharks try to find a No. 1 goalie (10:00)? Finally, how aggressive are the San Jose Sharks in re-making their forwards? After the Timo Meier trade, the Sharks have been left trying to find more scoring, do they let their prospects continue to develop or try and find someone who can help next season (18:00)?
