From San Jose to Stanley Cup: Congrats, Andrew Cogliano!
Congratulations to Stanley Cup champion Andrew Cogliano!
Cogliano has appeared in 1,140 regular-season NHL games and another 116 games in the playoffs. And after a long and respected NHL career, he has his first Stanley Cup victory after 15 years in the league.
Cogliano started the season with the San Jose Sharks, before he was moved at the Trade Deadline. It wasn’t an easy time in the Bay Area for Cogliano: His daughter Olive had a couple health scares and San Jose was well out of the playoffs at the Deadline. Cogliano had only missed the post-season once in his last nine years in the league.
Congrats to Andrew Cogliano 🏆
