We investigate if anybody has actually seen John Leonard or if he’s just a hologram, Noah Gregor potentially claiming the third-line center position (5:00), the numbers game at forward, and who could be left out when the season starts (8:00). We then look at the defensive pairings: Could Mario Ferraro jump into the top-four (15:00)? Why would it not be a disappointment for Ryan Merkley to start in the AHL (16:00)? And could Radim Simek’s knee issue be a bigger concern than the San Jose Sharks are letting on (20:00)? We then check in on the taxi squad goalies (24:00) and if the Sharks missed an opportunity this summer to re-load on the fly (26:00).
