Sharks Blow 3rd Period Lead Again

The San Jose Sharks blew another lead, this time with 10 seconds left in the third period to the New Jersey Devils as they would go on to eventually lose in a shootout 4-3. Is this a system or talent issue, or just a long road toward greener pastures?
