GOTTA SEE IT: Bordeleau Almost Connects on Amazing Between-the-Legs Pass

San Jose Sharks fans need all the positivity that they can get right now, and the San Jose Barracuda are providing it.
It’s a tale of two clubs right now: It’s the best of times for the 3-0-0 Barracuda, it’s the worst of times for the 1-6-0 Sharks.
The latest ray of light from the farm club comes courtesy of top prospect Thomas Bordeleau (17), who almost pulled off a between-the-legs pass on a 2-on-1 to Danil Gushchin (75). That’s right, a between-the-legs pass on a 2-on-1.

I mean, who does that???
The San Jose Sharks’ 2020 second-round pick was trying to fool 25-year-old Henderson Silver Knights defenseman Daniil Miromanov (42), who boasts both NHL and KHL experience. This was no ECHL tryout that Bordeleau was attempting to hoodwink.
Of course, Bordeleau is no stranger to the spectacular. Case in point, his shootout winner to beat the Vegas Golden Knights last season:

It looks like the Cuda are having fun at the opening night of brand-new Tech CU Arena! San Jose Sharks fans can only dream of when SAP Center is filled with that kind of creativity once again.
