REPORT: Warsofsky Will Interview for Sharks’ Assistant Coach

Tuesday morning was an exciting one for the San Jose Sharks with the official announcement of David Quinn as head coach. However, just hours before the official announcement by Mike Grier, Kevin Weekes broke the news that the AHL’s Chicago Wolves head coach Ryan Warsofsky was being interviewed for a position as an assistant coach.

This is not the first time Warsofsky’s name has come up in coaching discussions around the San Jose Sharks this summer. San Jose Hockey Now broke that Warsofsky had interviewed for the Sharks head coaching job recently:
