so the league gave the LAK cap relief after Slava Voynov was placed on “indefinite suspension” for DV. circumstances with EK9 are different in that he hasn’t been formally charged with a crime, but if the investigation into his Covid card fraud/DV leads to 1 the Sharks could cite the Voynov case for cap relief.
