The San Jose Sharks kick off their rookie tournament Friday night. An in-depth analysis of the roster starting with the forwards and brief profiles on the players that are on tryouts including Braeden Bowman, Josh Lawrence, and Mark Liwiski. We move on to the defense and goaltenders and profile Samuel Mayer (14:00). We finish with a look at which players we are most excited about, including if William Eklund can show he belongs among the other Calder candidates, if Ryan Merkley is ready to become an everyday NHL player, and how the San Jose Sharks coaching staff divides up the icetime (21:00).
