SJHN Daily: Sharks Officially Miss Playoffs Again, RJ Celebrini Scores Highlight-Reel Goal

It’s official: The San Jose Sharks have missed the playoffs again.
The St. Louis Blues’ 7-2 victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday sealed the deal, earning the Sharks the dubious distinction of being the first team eliminated from post-season contention in the NHL.
This is the sixth-straight season that San Jose has missed the dance.
NHL.com had an early preview of the Sharks’ off-season, including pending UFAs and RFAs.
Looking ahead to the 2025 NHL Draft, the Sharks currently hold the best odds for the No. 1 pick, with a 25.5% chance at it, according to Tankathon. They sit four points behind the Chicago Blackhawks (13.5%) in the standings and 13 points behind the Nashville Predators (11.5%).
