RALEIGH, N.C. — The San Jose Sharks didn’t look like a team that surrendered 50 shots yesterday.

“We buckled down really well,” James Reimer said after a 2-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. Reimer, playing in a back-to-back, turned away 27 of 29 shots.

Per SPORTLOGiQ, the Sharks allowed just 10 Slot Shots in All Situations tonight, after allowing a season-high 27 Slot Shots to the Florida Panthers the night before. They collected 11 themselves against Carolina.
