Welcome to San Jose Hockey Now.

We’re going to be your 24/7 San Jose Sharks stop. At least one original story a day, usually more. Exclusive interviews. Smart analysis. Proprietary stats. Breaking news. Feature stories. Video breakdowns. Trade scoops.

We’re part of National Hockey Now, a growing network of NHL team-focused sites run by professional hockey writers. We have outlets in Pittsburgh, Colorado, Boston, Florida (and now San Jose!) with more on the way.

You’ll find out what does ex-Sharks goaltending coach Johan Hedberg think of Martin Jones now?

Which Shark asked to be dealt at the last Trade Deadline?

How much more ice time did the Barracuda give Sasha Chmelevski over Ivan Chekhovich last year?

What does one of the brightest minds in hockey think is wrong (and right) with Erik Karlsson, Brent Burns, and Marc-Edouard Vlasic?

San Jose Hockey Now will answer all these questions — and all this week!

Whenever the 2020-21 season kicks off for the Sharks, I’ll be there, at each and every home practice. As I have been for the last two seasons, I will be credentialed for every Sharks home game and as many road games as possible. I will be on site at every playoff contest and at the Draft.

My plan is to give you unparalleled Sharks freemium coverage — my hope is you’ll support me by subscribing. Also, follow us @sjhockeynow on Twitter and Like us at San Jose Hockey Now on Facebook.

These are shark-infested waters that you’ll want to jump into…take the leap!

Will you be continuing those year-end player analyses for every player? This year Fear the Fin started doing them with True, Suomela, and Radil, but then seemingly gave up on the project. Personally, I love those pieces; I look forward to them and I’m bummed they’re not happening.
Thank you, Sheng!!
