SJHN Daily: Sharks Raise Banner for Wilson, Holy Returns to San Jose

Nine years after his final day with the San Jose Sharks, Tom Holy will be returning to the Bay in a new capacity.

There is reason to be happy about this, as Holy is a beloved figure in hockey circles.

Through his time in San Jose the first time around, Holy forged a relationship with the players, such as Joe Pavelski. When the former Sharks captain became a free agent, Holy, then with the Dallas Stars, played a hand in the decision for Pavelski to head to Texas. From picking up Pavelski on his first trip to Dallas and showing him around, to arranging a video from the popular social media personalities at Dude Perfect, Holy knew just how to relate to the player and his family. Now, he’s bringing that level of connection to people back to the San Jose Sharks organization.
