That’s cheap: Dmitry Kulikov signed a one-year, $1.15 million contract with the New Jersey Devils. Another example of how tough the UFA market is right now — The Hockey Code projected Kulikov at $2,991,125 for one season. He was also a top-four defenseman for Winnipeg in 2019-20, albeit not a particularly good top-four defender.
