Talking Sensible Sharks-Coyotes Trades With Craig Morgan (+)
The Arizona Coyotes are open for business. But will they be open to helping the cap-strapped San Jose Sharks?
Last week, Craig Morgan of PHNX Sports reported that the Coyotes, as they did last off-season, would be willing to take on bad contracts for picks and prospects.
Coyotes GM Bill Armstrong will be in the market for other teams' troublesome contracts again this summer, with the hope of acquiring more draft assets or prospects.
I reached out to media covering the other 31 NHL teams to see who might be on the list.https://t.co/KIcVZUbltc

The Sharks, obviously, have their share of less-than-appetizing contracts.
So I spoke with Morgan to play a game of “Let’s Make a Deal” between San Jose and Arizona for Radim Simek, Kevin Labanc, Brent Burns, Erik Karlsson, or Marc-Edouard Vlasic. We actually landed on a couple sensible deals for both the Sharks and the Yotes.
