SJHN Daily: Cogliano Has Fractured Neck, Snoop Dogg Wants To Buy Sens

Andrew Cogliano has a fractured neck.

On Friday, in the Colorado Avalanche’s 4-1 Game Six victory over the Seattle Kraken, Cogliano was hit from behind by Jordan Eberle.

Surprisingly, Eberle came out of this with just a two-minute minor for boarding. No major, not even a major review. And no hearing with the Department of Player Safety.

Cogliano, however, was ruled out indefinitely for the rest of the playoffs with a fracture of the C5 Lamina, per Elliotte Friedman.

Best wishes to the ex-San Jose Sharks winger!

The defending champs would go on to lose Game Seven of their first-round series 2-1 on Sunday night. Hopefully, pending UFA Cogliano recovers quick.
