Labanc’s Big Response to Benching

Published

on

The San Jose Sharks visit Mullett Arena for the first time and leave with a freshly shorn win after they take down the Arizona Coyotes 4-2. We analyze Kevin Labanc’s night, how he responded after a benching, and if David Quinn has learned from his time with the New York Rangers. Then we look at the penalty kill and how it got back on track (10:30), how none of the forward lines were outstanding, but all got the job done, as well as Mikey Eyssimont’s impressive first game with the San Jose Sharks (12:30). Finally, we discuss the Ozzy Wiesblatt trade and the San Jose Barracuda’s 3-2 shootout loss to the Coachella Valley Firebirds (19:00).
