Hello From Dallas! Please Help Me Travel?

DALLAS – San Jose Hockey Now is back on the road!

If you can believe it, I landed last night in Dallas, checked into my hotel…and Pete at the front desk, who checked me in, we got to talking, and I learned that he’s a big San Jose Sharks fan.

What are the chances of that? Talking over a New York Jets-Buffalo Bills game, Pete from upstate New York who’s working in Dallas happens to be a Sharks fan.

Hopefully, that’s a good sign for the San Jose Sharks, not just against the Stars, but at the beginning of a new era for the franchise.

I’m asking for your help on the road once again!

At the start of this new San Jose Sharks era, I can’t help but think about all the traveling that San Jose Hockey Now has done since the site opened in Jul. 2020, beginning in the COVID-impacted 2020-21 season.

We were the only Sharks media outlet at Patrick Marleau’s All-Time Games Played record-setter in Las Vegas. We were in Berlin and Prague at the beginning of San Jose’s 2022-23 season. We were the only Sharks media outlet at the 2024 Draft Lottery and Combine. We’ve been at every Draft since they opened back up in 2022 in Montreal.

We’ve traveled more than any other Sharks media outlet since 2020, and that’s thanks to you. Through good times (and mostly) bad, I hope that I’ve repaid your trust with the best, most objective Sharks coverage around.
