Sheng’s Daily: Kane Challenges Paul to Fight, Spars Playfully with Lehner Online
Who won the Erik Karlsson trade, the San Jose Sharks or the Ottawa Senators? The debate was re-ignited recently, I shared my take here:
In other San Jose Sharks news…
Santa Clara County is banning contact sporting events at every level for three weeks. This is expected to include about a dozen San Jose Sharks, who have been skating together in small groups at Solar4America Ice in anticipation for the beginning of training camp.
In addition to this ban, SCC is instituting a mandatory 14-day quarantine for anyone traveling to the county from more than 150 miles away. This could affect the numerous Sharks playing overseas and stars like Timo Meier and Erik Karlsson, who are both still abroad. Safe to say, it’s going to be a challenge for the San Jose Sharks to have anything close to a normal training camp soon. (Mercury News)
Former Buffalo teammates Evander Kane and Robin Lehner playfully spar online about the Jake Paul/Nate Robinson fight:
Then Kane challenged Paul to a fight:
yo @jakepaul I’d wreck ya. Easy to beat up guys with no experience and much smaller. August 31st 2021 Vegas we can see if you really about that action. #YOURMOVE
